I've checked some speedtests they seem to cover my first question. As for the streaming thing, I meant have you tried broadcasting a stream yourself? Dota 2 IPs: EU West - 146.66.152.1 SEA - 103.28.54.1 , 103.10.124.1 US East - 208.78.164.1 Thanks- Zeidiz

Using World Call? The best I could ever get to SEA was 250. I have no idea what is causing this issue but its been happening for me and my friend (both living in Karachi) for nearly a week now, the game is pretty much unplayable. -

All the servers are high for me (it isn't just me, my friend as well). EUW gave us the best ping at 140-160. Now the lowest we get is 260 to india and dubai, 300+ everywhere else. -

Anyone having ping issues on World Call? Pings have spiked up to 300 (140-160 usually for EUW) for the last week or so and Dota 2 seems to be the only game affected. WoW, BF4 and CS:GO have the same pings as they had before. Anyone got any solutions?
