Bro I have XBOX 1 and gold membership. I have upgraded my PTCL Connection to 8mb but still my NAT ports on CODBO3 is moderate. I have tried everything from portforward.com and guides and whatnot but still the in game ports are moderate and I am unable to connect to multiplayer lobby.... Please help me man. My whatsapp is 0300-0630141

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
