Hi, I am new to PC things and I dont know much about PC and i wanted to ask what things does the PC need to run and I want to build a gaming/editing PC and my budget is 40k so please tell me about the parts even if its second hand. Im asking here because i dont want to get scammed by anyone.

Assuming 40K does not include peripherals, your'e best bet would be finding a good deal on a complete system being sold cheap on PG or elsewhere, so it totally depends on what is up for sale. Try to get an i5 at least, 6th gen or higher, get strong foundations (CPU, Motherboard & RAM), you can later expand RAM, add a graphics card and add more storage later when you have more funds.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit. -

I have heard that it is now unplayable in countries which do not support handful of third world countries not recognized by Sony like Pakistan. Steam is a true global platform.Then they cry that console gaming is dying.
