I want to purchase some PS4 titles. Is there anyone who can suggest me some good website or any shop's contact info that is reliable and will do delivery.
I am preferring new instead of used ones.

Highly recommended to buy used games instead,
PG Marketplace has a huge catalog of games being sold every now and then.
I've built up a collection of various titles by only spending 1000 to 2000Rs for different games.

Digital is just not the way when there's such a good deal on physical games, no matter where.
Plus the PKR>Dollar ratio is just too damn high and unfair these days.

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
