Actually I have bought battlefield 1 on my psn id , my question is if my two friends log my this id on their consoles and download and install bf1, will both of them be able to play it at the same time from their own accounts ??

Mutiplayer no. I think there are some limitations you should look into it. Maybe 2 ps4 is the limit.

you can only share the game account with one other ps4.. two ps4s can share the game, that is the limit

Two is max one main account and one shared thats it.
