Student visa for North Cyprus

I recently got accepted into METU NCC for Mechanical Engineering. However, I'm having a hard time finding some relevant information on how to a visa of The Turkish Republic of North Cyprus.

Can anyone here guide me on how to get it? I know you have to apply through the Turkey via Gerry's, but I don't know what documents are required.

I'm especially confused about the travel insurance requirement as I will be in North cyprus for 4 years and no travel company offers insurance for 4 years.

Travel insurance is something apart from the insurance you'd be having while staying there. Universities usually facilitate when it comes to overseas insurance for stay and travel insurance is no hassle, can be bought online aswell as through commerical flight operators/agents.

    Online session is enabled for UBL. I have an active subscription with my NayaPay card (it is already added to Google Payment Methods).

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!

    I tried both NayaPay, and UBL, but I keep getting "correct country selected..." error. I already have PK set there 🤦‍♂️
