Shipping Policy

We are located in Karachi, We can provide you with the following options for your item shipping

a) Within Karachi:

- Self Pick-Up *

- Delivery on address
a - Delivery on address within following areas in karachi is totally free for order above Rs 3,000:
Gulshan-e-Iabal, Tariq Road.

b - Delivery on address (other areas): ( 250 Rupees w.r.t 1st nov 2010 will be additional to the cost Rs 8,000. Items below 8,000 Rupees will be added with 150 Rupees additional charge).
- Used items will not be repatriated for a refund

* Self Pickup (for Karachi only) can be arranged either only Gulshan-e-Iqbal University road (KFC) between 3 pm to 8 pm, else beside these area’s have to conjugate.

b) Outside Karachi:

- Delivery on address using the courier service. You will see the charges details at the time of checking-out!
- Used items will not be repatriated for a refund

Order received before 12.00pm will be acknowledged as within the same day, else it will be counted in the next day process.  Expected time of Delivery is 3 working days after confirmation of Order. Maximum Expected process closure is 4 days.

Gazette Public Holidays:

On request we can provide you a delivery which would be 1000 Rupees Extra for Consoles and items below 3000 Rupees of Purchase an additional 500 Rupees will be added. (Valid only for Karachi)

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. The first thing to do is contact us either by telephone or e-mail. On many occasions an item may not be faulty and there is a problem with the setup. If a return is the only option we will give you a returns number to quote on the return. Confirmed orders are non-reversible. If a customer outages at delivery and refutes to accept the delivery 1500 Rupees will be levied on the customer as per policy of non refund (Only for Karachi Pick Up)

If any item purchased from PakGamers Gaming Store, an event of refund on circumstances 20% deduction will be enacted and payment will be refunded after proper scrutiny. Sealed pack items will concave to 40 % of total cost as per deduction after scrutiny. Please note, XBOX 360 Consoles will not engage in any reselling purposes for business activities. Anyone practicing this act can be panelized.

Items above in prices will be acted as in the following method for the refund

• If refund within 3 days of purchase on any amount 30 percent will be deducted to the purchase price, within 7 days of purchase 35 percent will be deducted to the purchase price, within 15 days 40 percent will be deducted to the purchase price ( Conditions may Apply )
• Most of our items are brand new. We will provide warranty on those items which posses warranty. For Warranty be refer to RTB Method *.
• Warranty will not be covered for Online Live cards, XBOX 360 Face Plates, Firmware Patching of Consoles
• Warranty will not be held for items like Prepaid Online Gaming cards, Xbox 360 Gaming consoles, Charge Kits , Joy pads, USB to PC Receivers, Perfumes, Used Items ( Only if warranty provided)

* RTB Method (Return to base) has to bearded by the customer for the carriage/courier charges (Domestic customers and for Karachi 250 rupees will be charged for arranged pickup)

* E-codes/Points are strictly non refundable once purchased/redemeed. Please check your locale before ordering. Once emailed or sms, they are on the act of non refund policy. We do not accept any sort of liability.

Breakage or Damage Policy:

PakGamers is not held responsible for any shipping damages or Breakage/loss. Courier Providers offer insurance methods on which they offer 3.9 % of the total cost as per insurance. Insurance is directly linked to Courier. An re-claim octet will be settled in 50 days and customer is responsible for the claim. Any sort of courier/carriage services are solely customer responsibility. PakGamers will not be held responsible after courier/carriage is in transit and the item is held lost/damaged/delayed, nor any claim will be will be provided.
