EagleGet a Free & Great alternative of IDM

@Juste! First of all, hands down a brilliant attempt on writing that down. It definitely seems attractive, so i am tempting (and a bit curious) to see how it'll perform.

Yeah it's not that slow but that's what I found at least during my testing. And it was just a quickie.

i am using IDM free and registered version. working Great for me.

well written but unfortunately gives much less speeds than idm.

IDM was Giving 450KB/s and EG Was Giving 256-310KB/s

Using this for over 3 months now, - Simply stunning, miles ahead from IDM. Million dollar share I must say.

The download managers, almost all of them have same capability of downloading rate, that depends on many factors, like servers, your own bandwidth, what made idm stand apart was its exceptional resume capacity, while downloading large files from some less known servers, fdm usually crapped me at 80-90% and i had to restart the downloads, but this never happened with idm, i suppose this is the main difference between a paid product and free

Give a try to EagleGet. I am using it since many months and fully satisfied.
