    @htb2050 its simple. visit any local pc shop. order or tell them your components and asked them to assemble for you. If you buy all pc components from them then i think they will not charge.

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
