Battlefield 1 multiplayer ping in pakistan

Hi guys, I recently purchased Battlefield 1 and I've gotta say its pretty damn good. Especially the multiplayer. I'm getting a ping of 80ms on bf1 servers on 8 MBps connection (PTCL), thats much better than 130ms I get on CS:GO. It's playable. Since Stromfibre and other fibre users get a huge drop in ping, I'm guessing it'll perform much much better for you guys. Sadly there's no fibre ISP in area :/ If anyone of you have purchased the game as well, do mention your pings and which network connection you use.

UPDATE: Sorry guys, as [MENTION=9492]digitalism[/MENTION] corrected it, its actually 180ms, not 80. The 1 is hidden behind the signal strength icon. Bummer. Got my hopes high for no reason

I've just played the quickmatch (team deathmatch) for now and the game automatically assigns you a server.

The lowest ping i got on bf4 pc was like 60-70 ms on this uae server which closed down after a month or so.
Let me know how regularly you connect to such servers. Anything under 120 is amazing here.

I was shocked after reading ur post that u were getting under 100ms ping in Pakistan and that too on PTCL Seriously... I really hate to be a bad news bearer but its 184ms not just 84. 1 is kinda hidden in the signals icon, zoom in and look closely
U cant get under 150ms ping on EU servers from Pakistan. Its unfortunate but true. Im getting around 225 to 250ms ping on PTCL, EU servers in BF1. And around 180 to 200 on Zong 4G or Warid 4G.

Played the MP first time today. The first I joined, I was getting 136 ms. Used to get same in BF3 (sm1)

I am getting 350 plus ping on almost every server in especially on Conquest mode servers, is everyone facing these issues?

yes from last two days...there support told me this is happeing because there server is on mantainence and it will get better after some days.

I don't know the cable that was broken in sea was fixed or not. My avg ping is 260. Most of the time 300 plus ping. About a month ago I have 170-200 ping. Can some one confirm that the cable issue is resolved? How is your ping. I am from Peshawar and some of my friends have same ping issue. Are you people facing same issue? I tried both matchmaking and server browser with the sorting option but I didn't find any good ping server

i am from hyderabad and i am getting 250-300 ping average on bf 1 on 8mb ptcl
purchased the game on 26 december and didnt get ping below 240 so far
getting 200-250 ping on rocket league aswell

The ping on bf1 was very good during beta and initial release days. I don't know whether it is issue with PTCL or with the game itself. I have to check BF3 and BF4. I think the issue is with the BF1 itself.

well i think the problem is with bf 1 because i cant find any german or french servers ..........
i get 170 ping on bf 3 on german servers
and i only get servers from norway and UK in bf 1 that might be the reason why we are getting 250 ping

Not nessary that it must be french or german there are italianand a few other countries servers the main thing is it must be eurpoeon server which there are loads of and i got low pings alot nowadays there is some kind of issue in there servers and there are few rummors that middle eastern servers are coming so we can expect good pings soon

Pings have been horrible. Never get below 300 ms to Europeans servers. Have to use a Netherlands based VPN to get down to playable (240ish) pings. Seems to be a problem with PTCL because I used to get 190 - 200 ms ping to my NL VPS, nowadays it's around 220-240.
