Battlefield 3 ping not showing! :@

Guys this problem has plagued me for years! I don't know how to solve it permanently. Just a few days back I was able to see pings beside the servers on battlelog. I was having a blast with 125-130 pings on german servers. Today I reinstalled windows and now the pings are not visible. This problem has been occurring frequently since I bought the game few years back. I've tried various methods (reinstalling web plugin and all) after searching on google but to no avail.

Any of you guys face the same problem? How to fix it? I've heard some people have the same issue even on BF 4 servers.

I used to have the same issue when i was using PTCL broadband internet, and still face it but very rarely... i think this problem is due to slow internet speed, when ping goes very high it dont shows up ping, and u cant jion any server when this happens

this is a pretty common issue in battlelog and has nothing to do with your internet. Switch browser or log out from battlelog, restart the current browser and then log in again

aaand out of nowhere it started showing again now lol. Changing browsers didn't seem to work. I tried on both firefox and IE. Anyway, its working fine on firefox now. The problem occurred very frequently when I used to have PTCL. I have yet to see how it performs on Fariya network, because I've started playing bf3 online again just recently. As Fir3d3mon said its probably n issue with battlelog. I thought there might be a proper fix for this but guess I'll have to keep trying my luck.

pings don't show on my cable internet connection too i think it's a problem with local ISPs.

offcourse he can ping has nothing to do with joining servers though you can get kicked from server if your ping is too high if set by server

you can also get kicked because the admin thinks you're a hacker hiding your ping. It doesn't even show in-game. Pings are gone again. Last night they were showing just fine.

I tried turning off the firewall and antivirus altogether but that didn't seem to work either.

Does your ping gets hidden in game when it doesnt show up in Battlelog ?

just got kicked from a server saying my ping is too high and that was the server I had added to favorites due to low ping at the time it was showing

It is due to punkbuster, double click it and run it again. It resides in BF3 installed location, just open file location your BF3.

I think it is named as "pbsvc.exe", double click it and choose re install the service.

Had this issue for ages.
Turn off proxies, refresh the page, try a different browser, restart your internet, re-install Battlelog, click on the server you want to join so it refreshes the ping or try opening its server page.

what internet service you are using
you using any proxy and firewall ? make sure everything is off

Nope. No proxy. I'm using a local ISP called Fariya Network. 4mb. Turning off the firewall didn't help. Also tried the method on Google to add a rule in firewall. That didn't work either

then its the issue from Fariya side local network usually put things on firewall if it was some bug then it wouldn't disappear in game
