BF3 Language not changing.

AOA brothers,
I have successfully installed B..F..3 .It's soooooooo much fun,well not when I'm getting owned.Okay now my issue is that I am unable to change the language from RU to EN.I've followed the guide on CJS and the UPDATED Guide on PG but none of them work.Here's what I did.
1. downloaded this file: http://www.multiupload.com/BDR1MB207E. I decided to skip the torrent coz IDM is much faster for me .So I replaced the following files in this download in BF3>UPDATE>WIN>LOC.
2.Downloaded thishttp://www.megaupload.com/?d=949PBP11 and merged files.
3.Downloaded the cjs language changer ran it as admin,and selected english.
4.I didnt work so I downloaded the BF3 registry file thingy.Same Abuses will lead to bana Russian.

Are the russion files still there or deleted?

Mate you need the updated files along with this one.

I "think" your problem is old update lang files. DOwnload the new ones and put them in. Download links are available on woots store/page.

YUP RUSSIAN ARE BOTH THERE.

Now let's see,everything I downloaded was from CJS so it should be Up-to-date.
