Casioak G-Shock 2100 stealth 1/3

Salam to all PG members it’s been a long time since I have posted here just been a bit busy here and there plus there are very few unboxings recently I would encourage everyone to bring back the old days where we had new unboxings every single day doesn’t matter what you want to share you can just simply share.

Anyways I want to share with you a trio of watches that I have acquired in fact there were four but I have gifted it to my brother later I will show you which one. Here’s how we are going to do this I will post three threads separately and describe a bit more of my purchase experience and why I bought these watches.

Casio G-Shock 2100: Casioak

One of the most beautiful watches of 2019 period it came and shook the internet world when I first saw a review of this on YouTube I was like wow but it wasn’t on my buying list so fast forward to Feb 2020 I was in Packages mall in Lahore just browsing often not finding many things to my liking I went into the lifestyle store and tried some Breitlings (Navitimer rocks) some other things then I came across the 2100 and as suspect all other colors were available except for the triple black(stealth) and it was the first time I saw it in flesh as well I liked the design the size the feel of the watch and just out of curiosity I asked if they had the triple black version and because we had a nice chat at the Breitling counter before he said yes we have one in stock I can show you if you want and there it was I asked for the price and It was 17500/- like all the other models and I was like for real? (This watch is sold out globally the cheapest one I could get in Beijing was costing 28000/- the price was really good and in a few minutes I decided to buy it. It was the last one in stock with them as well probably already booked for someone else as it wasn’t displayed in the glass box with the rest.

People are comparing this watch’s design with AP RoalOak which costs thousands of times as much as this one lol I told myself I wouldn’t get another quartz now but this here is the exception.

Nothing out of the ordinary the same G-shock box I got with the other ones before

Watch:

I love the color the size the weight I mean just about everything about this watch it wears so comfortably well you forget that it’s on your wrist this will become the next beater watch when I go back and resume work.

Legibility:

This watch isn’t much legible at night or in dark environments the other versions fare much better when it comes to this but I got this version because of its style it looks the best in triple black in my opinion.

Wrist shot:

Sits very comfortably on the wrist and I think it’s the thinnest g-shock in the world if I am not wrong.

Conclusion:

The best 100$ G-shock out there? Yes it is. Should you buy one? Well definitely if you could find one at retail price then don’t hesitate even if there’s a bit of premium its alright.

Welcome back Uzair! I saw this watch here in Toronto during Chirstmas Sale (going for $99 Canadian) and I immediately became a fan.

The color choice is excellent as it looks really good and stealthy. I was confused between this and an MK watch but decided to go with an MK one.

Thanks bro and does Canada add taxes to the prices later like US does? Just curious if 99CAD translate to 11500 pkr or more with taxes? For me personally it was an impulse buy partly because i could get it at retail. My job requires me to wear something like this as I work with kids its not ideal to wear heavy stainless steel watches and I am still not sold on smart watches yet.

Yes pictures don't do justice to this watch I was shooting with the one plus 6 which isn't known for having a good camera but watch some online reviews if you're really interested its a good watch for the price

Yeah well I think if you get a chance to try this in a mall go for it. Unless you're into bulky big watches you're going to love it its simple understated and plenty of fun

Saw these, but did not impress or entice me, I am a 5 series lover personally on the gshock front. Something to do with that retro vibe and knowing what you are wearing is how gshock came out in 1983 is a lot of satisfaction. Tastes are subjective though and one thing is certain lifestyle is doing a decent job of selling gshocks at very good prices. I once compared their pricing to amazon and even then it made sense. On the other watches you were seeing, what were the price point norms? I don't dare go into watch shops anymore at the expense of looking out of place or feeling out of place

I was looking at The Master Collection Triple calendar with day, date and month going for 520,000/- pkr if I remember correct that's the full suggested retail price but they were willing to discount since I wasn't buying so I didn't negotiate. Here's a picture below for your reference

Yes, they add 13% tax here so it would have been around $113 final sale. I reckon its a steal at this price. I was actually looking for the 30th Anniversary edition G shock (signed by Eminem) but for obvious reasons, it was out of stock everywhere.

This gshock model is gone from everywhere and being sold for a lot more on eBay and everywhere else

I bought the black/white combo GA-2100-1A few months ago after much search and it looks much better on the wrist then online
