As the title suggests i placed an order for Soundcore earbuds on Homeshopping.com and chose the bank deposit method for payment and paid for the order, at first they said they havent received my payment and after countless emails and telephone calls they acknowledged it after a month after that, they failed to supply my item and after i sent them multiple reminders they have stopped responding to my emails, i want to know if there is any platform where i can report them and get my money back from them,
