Oh wait... It seems that you dont receive notifications if a person adds you. FC has to be inputted from both sides.

yes ! BOTH sides need to add and than they appear in ur FRIENDS list if they have already inputted ur code.. kinda boring but hey better than nothing

There should'v atleast been a notification on the other end. Then atleast there would've been less hassle in adding friends.

Got it in Blue over the weekend. Bought OOT and Super Mario 3D. Both amazing games. I hadn't owned a Nintendo console in 20 years and this one is well worth it.

I have a question though, is the 3DS region locked? Also, anyway to access the eshop?
