Official WII-U / Switch thread !

Finally getting a WII U after all this Zelda hype. More likely be getting this bundle directly from Nintendo. Has the WII U been cracked yet ? Would appreciate if someone would point me in the right direction. Any thing that i should be concerned of before getting it like region locking etc ? Any accessory that's somewhat mandatory (memory card) etc ?

Yar Switch is pretty expensive atm plus apart from Zelda there is no other game that interests me on the switch. Not only is Wii U much cheaper but has several games that i want to play. The performance difference is little to none in case of Zelda.

Pakistan Region for Switch?

Has anyone (who has a Switch) tried switching their region to Pakistan? I am wondering if the eShop will work? If it does, is the game selection same or different? and how does the payment works?

no...nobody has done that. Its not recommended. Stick to US and purchase some e-shop codes from Premium Sellers.

wait for few months so that FIXED JOYCON Switch arrives in every market.. bcoz the models that are currently in the market are the defected ones.

Hehe.. After Ps4 pro, Nintendo switch incoming along with Zelda . This will be third handled after game boy advance and sp. Very excited.. It's the latest batch. Hope it doesn't have any joy con issues. What else should i check?

I got my switch .Thanks God its doesn't have any pixel or joy-con issue.Can somebody please tell me how to change the button configuration form A to B,just like in xbox controller.Its really annoying and confusing.

I was one of the early adaptors of Wii U , there were no games to play for at least a year. Now with switch Its the same model.

Yes I tried for fun. It gives error on opening eshop so you get locked out from the account so definitely dont do that.

PS. For me US region works perfectly fine. I can even add funds from my debit card no need to buy expensive gift cards

Stick to USA region. If you cannot find any solution with Premium sellers for your purchase of E-shop codes, then you can use third party seller's sites for your purchase via credit card or debit card ( s0me cards works )

Hello guys just want to ask that , my wii u console actually is broken, and now i want to know that is there anything i can do with a gamepad alone or is it trash ? I mean using it as pc controller or other stuff?

i dont think it can work with anything else... u can try selling it to someone who requires it
