That's data on the ethernet port, includes both internet + local network usage.

They take bandwidth from both. But I've asked them to keep me on PIE. TW has been going downhill because of no proper initiatives to optimize EU pings. PTCL on the other hand deserves some kudos to be actively engaging in route optimizations towards EU. We are now witnessing lowest possible pings to EU for the first time ehich is incredible.
