So my PS4 got very noisy and loud that my brother ended up cleaning it himself, twice , and he messed up. The console wouldn't start. A friend of his had visited Rohilla Electronics just to get his controllers fixed right in front of him so he referred my brother to let them fix our console.
Turns out after we had given them, they never called and so we had to, multiple times and they said the repairer guy isn't here call back later everytime. After a whole week when we called again, he said that it isn't repairable. jeez.
We didn't know if anything was missing yet.
My brother found another guy (trusted) who repaires consoles, and we gave it to him. That's when we found out that the Blu-ray disc player and other parts were changed.
