Shuore Tape:
Salam to all PG members I picked these bad boys up just before coming to Pakistan honestly they were bought to scratch the itch I was having for buying a new set of iems I also had the pleasure of listening to two of my beloved iems the QDC VX ANOLE and Empire Ears Legend X they are 2400 and 2450$ USD though I wanted to buy both but realistically I couldn't as I had to finance something else as well.

Now lets take a look at the tapes
Box:
A very different small round cylindrical case I like the design
Carrying case:
This one is a crazy slippery UFO style case its both fun and annoying at the same time and its quite difficult to use in winters.
TAPE:
The design is inspired from the old cassate tapes from back in the day some people think they are cool some people think they are ugly I think they look fantastic and feel solid in hand full metal shell removable eartip nozels and all.
Cable:
Comes with a very nice in house copper cable a lot of other expensive iems come with worse cable than this one I feel no need to change it its terminated in 2.5mm but comes with a 3.5mm adapter in the box which is a plus.
Driver:
Its a hybrid of a 10mm dynamic beryllium coated driver which is responsible for the lows and mids and some sort of a electrostatic tweeter/driver for the highs its proprietary and don't have much information about it tbh.
Driveability:
Sounds like a dream from a dedicated DAP like my iBasso DX150 with AMP8 and AMP6 it really loves extra juice as I got it just before I left I didn't had a change to try it with the woo audio wa8 but I am fairly positive it will blow my mind. The best thing is that I can drive it just fine from my one plus phone as well if you don't have a DAP fret not it will work just fine with a phone a good player is a cherry on top.
Sound:
In one word amazing the highs are very crisp and clear thanks to the electrostatic tweeter I mean its a kin technology to the ever more expensive stax you get tremendous amount of detail so much so it makes you wonder and question your previous iem purchases.
Mids are a bit forward I like the presence quite a lot and things are well defined within the range nothing gets lost in the highs and lows.
Lows are thunderous here the bass is powerful yet controlled at the same time very well defined and extended I am a bass head but my liking is skewed more towards neutral side of things so I enjoy it quite a lot I dont like bloated and boomy bass any more.
Overall I really like the sound of course I am not a critical listener I just enjoy my music I mostly listen to rnb, rap, hip-hop, desi, bhangra and club mixes and for these I am very satisfied with them plenty of bass, clear vocals airy highs with lots of detail.
Price:
Now this is a head turner comes at just around 18000/- pkr I mean seriously chi-fi is killing it if these were released anywhere in 2016-2017 by a western reputable manufacturer like sennheiser, shure, final audio etcetera they could easily be priced at 1000$ as a flagship and as of now the closest thing I can imagine to these are ALO Vega costing a staggering 1500$ when launched and sitting at 1100$ right now I own its brother lyra ii @800$ with a 300$ cable and still go back to the tapes often. There are other iems costing less than the tapes and still sound amazing such as blon 03, tin hifi t2 etcetera in this day and age I dont understand music lovers using air pods, bose and beats its like going to KFC instead of X2 lahore or Butler's cafe Islamabad lol. For convenience okay but it shouldn't be anything more than that I just bought my brother the Bose/qc35 ii and never even bother to unbox or listen to them myself yet they cost more than twice as much these.
There are a lot reviews online about them they can give you an idea of what they are minus the quality control issues as I contacted the company directly before buying and they assured me that all the qc complaints of the first bach were rectified and I haven't had any problem with them myself.

I want to try one day are stax 009s I could say Sennheiser HE1 but sitting at 50000$ I would never buy them so grapes are sour lolzz as for the endgame well I dont believe there's one.
